Every member country in ICAO must have its Aeronautical Information Publication. In Canada, it's the AIP Canada . In the USA, it's the AIM. The AIP Canada is loosely bound, or not bound at all. Sometimes you can get a government-issue binder which is of eastern-European quality in that the covers break off into small pieces in service. They're truly not worth the struggle. ATP's binders will last a lifetime (and they have ATP's Lifetime Warranty, too). These binders are bigger than the government issue jobs, and they have excellent D-rings which are much, much easier to deal with. |
