E6B Replacement Slide

The E6B is the standard manual navigation computer. They are usually set up for general aviation aircraft in the speed range up to 250 knots. Flight at higher speeds requires additional adjustments for accuracy, so this optional slide is available for pilots needing to fine tune their TAS calculations from 220kt to trans-sonic speeds. Just slip out the slow speed slide, and insert the high speed unit. Useful for pilots working on higher speed aircraft or working within the European JAR regulatory system.
