The purpose of this book is to explain the types of electrical systems in use in general aviation aircraft. Included throughout are wiring schematics and excerpts from wiring schematics. These are from various makes and models of aircraft, and are for the purpose of illustration. As more engines are added to the basic single-engine concept, more components are added, and the basic systems are duplicated. This book explains the older twin generator systems, as well as the newer twin alternator systems. This is a useful text for an experienced aviation technician who has a basic understanding of electrical principles. |
