FARs are the US Title 14 CFR Federal Aviation Regulations. They are available from the FAA (at great expense) in the original format in five volumes, covering everything aeronautical from the ground to outer space. These are awkward, and expensive, which is why ASA makes these excellent task-specific versions.

ASA's editions are edited into volumes for specified jobs such as this Flight Crew edition, which includes selected Federal Aviation Regulations for Flight Crews (FAR), i.e. FARs 1, 25, 63, 65, 91(K), and 121, plus ASA's FAR index!

The entire FARs collection is also available on ASA's handy CD-ROM edition. FARs for airmen are also available in the paper-bound FAR/AIM edition.

As always, the original FARs are available for free, in their entirety, using our handy Regs Finder. They never go out of date!
