What a great idea! But why did it take so long for
someone to invent it? This useful aviator's wall-clock features
unique dual rate indicators showing both local 12-hour time, and
24-hour time. The 24-hour indicator (the large red hand) takes 24
hours to make a complete revolution and can be set to any other
time zone. It is especially useful for showing ZULU time, for
example. This is an excellent, practical aviator's wall clock! It's
10" in diameter, and it's readable from 30 feet away for any
aviator with normal 20-20 vision!
The picture on the left is indicating 1:50pm local time (1350 hours local time). The red hand is pointing to 1850Z on the outer 24-hour scale. |
