Binding is hard-cover, linen-finish for long life. The traditional linen-finish cover provides a logbook that can be opened and closed endlessly without having the cover break off as happens with the cheaper vinyl covers.

This is a large, professional-pilot format (about
8" square) logbook for use by pilots who feel that they need a lot
of entries, plus detailed summaries at the end of each logbook. It
is often referred to as an RCFCA-style logbook, after the
original layout specified by the Royal Canadian Flying Clubs
Association, the parent organization of the Canadian Flying Clubs
which are found in every Canadian City. This logbook, updated from
the original, accomodates many categories of piloting experience
(rotorcraft, seaplane, etc), plus class or type
experience. The overall size exactly matches the earlier Acfield or
AeroMart RCFCA editions. Column headings have been updated to
accomodate CARs requirements for recency of experience. Room for a
whopping 1,824 flights!
