Rudder pedals complete the flying experience for
PC flight sim users. They make the difference between crashing down
onto the runway while drifting sideways in a cross-wind, and making
a velvet-smooth airline landing. The same goes for cross-wind
takeoffs. Every airline pilot knows that even the best flight will
be ruined by a rough landing! Rudder pedals also make it a lot
easier to taxi the airplane since the rudders and nosewheel are
interconneted in all PC flight sim airplanes.
This excellent implementation also features toe brakes which help you to taxi without smoking the tires in the turns in any flight sim that has toe brakes enabled. System requirements: Windows applications must be Win 98/ME/2000/XP only (Windows 95 doesn't support USB). Other systems like Mac & Linux also support USB, but check your computer manuals first to be sure that you have a USB-ready software package. X-Plane connects to these rudders OK with either Windows, Mac OS9, Mac OS X, or Linux. All Microsoft FS products connect OK. |
