The over-worked and underpaid IFR pilot needs every break that's available. This flat clipboard unfolds to sit across the pilot's knees and can hold plenty of charts in full view. On one side, you can clip the approach charts for your destination, and on the other you can have your enroute charts or your alternate charts. If you don't have a yoke-mounted chart clip (or the last pilot took it home), this is the next best solution. In fact, the folding clipboard even works well with a yoke clip.
