Every student pilot dreads these things. When the instructor pulls out a pad of self-stick Instrument Covers and pastes them all over our beloved flight instruments it means we're looking at another round of departure stalls under the hood with only the turn co-ordinator for recovery. With care, they can be used repeatedly. Or you can throw them away when you're done. Or, if the weather is down, you can use them as novel Post-It notes back at the office. |
