The Instructors Guide CD allows the CFI to efficiently manage Jeppesen Guided Flight Discovery (GFD) Training System.

The Jeppesen GFD Instructor's Guide CD replaces all elements of the former paper version of the guide, including all inserts, in Adobe PDF format. It is an excellent companion to the private and instrument/commercial syllabi and test guides.

The Instructor's Guide CD is not a presentation tool, but an easy way for CFIs to access and, if necessary, print all of the information formerly available in various printed instructor's guides. In most cases, it's not usually necessary to print this information, and it can be easily located on the CD (everything in one place). The primary resources included for the CFI are:

All products formerly sold separately are now included -- instructors no longer have to purchase additional inserts to have a complete guide. The content has been updated to include the most recent information and a digital table of content provides easy access to content. The contents. including Answer Keys are available in printer friendly formats. Answer keys are sized to fit stage exam answer sheets for easy grading. (Stage exams are included in Part 141 Student Kits and available as individual items.)

Endorsements from the FAA AC 61-65 in Word format, so CFIs can edit and print these endorsements and even make labels to paste in logbooks for a convenient and legible way to endorse a student's logbook (Word format is accessible from PCs, Macs, and Linux PCs). Sample lesson plans are included for use as templates for the CFI to create individualized lesson plans.

NOTE: The CD is NOT be shipped with private and commercial/instrument syllabi. However, the syllabi and CD are included in the Jeppesen Flight Instructor Kits.
