This is the basic AME logbook for logging experience for licencing as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer in Canada. Previously, there was only the hardbound Transport Canada Basic AME Logbook, but it was limited in space and scope. This new logbook is based on the industry-standard ATA/JASC codes for identifying maintenance tasks, and it includes information on logging and validating specialized work experience.
