Commercial Pilot

Test Prep

The Commercial Pilot Test Prep manual is a completely self-contained package for the FAA Commercial Pilot knowledge test. Everything you need to prepare for this computerized exam is contained in this manual. Don't kid yourself, though! This is advanced pilot material, and ground-school assistance may be required. For a pilot with a foreign commercial licence, this is a straight-forward manual, and it will yield consistently good results for the candidate. A separate booklet of computer exam material is included in the Test Prep package. Only candidates with a U.S. Private Pilot licence, or a foreign commercial licence, are eligible to write the FAA Commercial exam. A copy of FAR/Flight Crew will be useful to the pilot candidate preparing for this exam.

Commercial pilot cadidates should note that the FAA Commercial Pilot Licence comes with operational limitations. Most limitations are removed if the CPL holder has a current Instrument Rating. Therefore most CPL candidates will do their Instrument Rating at the same time
