Your transaction will be processed on-line, and appear on your credit card, in the currency that you select. The currency will continue to display as you have requested until such time as you change your selection.

Phone Us?

No - don't phone us! We're a small, specialized support enterprise with a small staff. We're only at the phones from 9:00 to 5:00 Pacific Time. Many of your questions require complex technical replies from flight instructors and mechanics, and many of you speak other languages. Those of us at the phones are trying to get your orders out before the postman leaves each day, and can't answer technical questions on the phone. Everything you need to know is available on our website somewhere with the exception of help regarding lost, late, or damaged shipments. For this you can call us at +1-604-278-0432.

We answer e-mail 18 hours a day and we'll always answer your technical aviation questions if you send your query to the Flight Training Dept, but not by phone. We'll promptly tell you the status of your shipment if you send your order number to the Logistics Dept. We can't always tell you how much inventory we have on hand or in which country it's stacked up in (we can, but it takes time to run a report, and we don't do that just because you're feeling curious).

If you're tired of all our free services and want to discontinue your account, don't phone our Logistics Dept. All Free Stuff is done on line. Free On-Line Exams are turned ON, or OFF, by clicking on the User Account widgets off the Home Page, or at the top of this page.

We can take orders by phone, but the orders are processed through a different computer system at Vancouver International Airport and the prices are slightly higher. The best prices, and the fastest processing, are had by ordering on-line. If you can't stand ordering on-line, or you don't trust the big banks, or you don't believe in credit cards, or you're ordering from outside the free western world (where they don't have credit cards), or George W Bush makes you nuts, you can order by phone at +1-604-278-0432. If you're from Nigeria, and you have a "Get-Rich-Quick" scheme, don't phone us - we've heard it all before!

If you have what looks like a computer network or internet server problem, you can phone our mechanical guy at +1-604-868-4257 and he'll hustle his butt to get everything running again.

If you're wondering why we don't put up a toll-free number, it's because most of you are in other countries where toll-free doesn't work. We used to put up the number, but then we'd get an avalanche of emails saying that the toll-free number doesn't work. If you really have to have a toll-free number, and you figure it'll work from where you're at, phone us and we'll give it to you. It doesn't cost a whole lot to phone around the world any more, so don't worry about it. Or e-mail us for free - that's what e-mail is for.
